Q: How to redeem my Birthday gift?
A: Unique birthday rewards will be broadcasted monthly into the Telegram channel for members’ to enjoy. You can walk into any of MyLaksa outlets, flash your Identification Card (IC)/Passport together with the reward at our outlet staff to redeem your reward. Birthday Rewards can ONLY be redeemed on your birthday date, as per your IC/Passport.

Q: What will happen to my existing coins from my previous membership?
A: All coins awarded before the 1st November 2022 will be deemed invalid as per the announcement that was previously emailed to all members. Exclusive channel rewards will replace coins in our NEW loyalty experience.

Q: How can I provide feedback regarding your products or services?

Q: Is there any fee to join the NEW MyLaksa Makan Club?
A: There is no membership fee to be a MyLaksa Makan Club member. 

Q: Do you provide any online ordering?
A: Yes. You may order directly on GrabFood/ShopeeFood/FoodPanda and more.

Q: Can I transfer my reward to my friends or family?
A: All MyLaksa Makan Club members will be entitled to the same rewards except birthday rewards which will be specific to individuals during the birthday month based on your Date of Birth stated on your IC/Passport.
